We were sold the software too

Before Corelis was a product, it was a frustration. Running an electrical contractor and a staffing firm, we bought tool after tool — each one demoed beautifully, each one promised to tie it all together. We implemented them. We trained on them. And then we watched them fall short of the one thing we bought them for.

The reporting that “can do that” couldn't, quite. The integrations were brittle. The AI was a roadmap slide. And the automation, where it existed at all, was crude enough that our best people still did the cumbersome manual work by hand — the work the software was supposed to remove.

Solve it, don't promise it

That experience is the entire premise of Corelis. We're not interested in adding another dashboard to your stack. We measure ourselves on a simpler question: did the work actually get easier? Did the foreman, the PM, the recruiter stop doing the manual workaround?

It's a higher bar than “ships a feature.” It's the bar we wish our vendors had been held to. So it's the one we're holding ourselves to.

Building the system we always wanted.
