AI belongs where the work happens

Most “AI” in operating software is a separate tab. A chatbot that knows a little about your data, or a dashboard that summarizes a report nobody opened. It's additive at best, and it asks the user to go somewhere new to get value.

That's backwards. The people who could benefit most from AI — the PM managing cost-to-complete, the recruiter watching margin slip, the plant manager chasing capacity — don't have time to go consult a dashboard. The intelligence has to come to them, inside the workflow they're already in.

Native, not bolted on

Native AI means the system already has the connected data, so it can surface the margin, cash, and capacity risks worth acting on — and automate the busywork that used to bury them — right where the decision gets made. No new tab. No export. No asking.

It's a harder thing to build, because it requires the underlying data to actually be connected. But it's the only version of AI that changes how the work feels. That's the version we're building.

Building the system we always wanted.
